Deliveries

Bengans sell and ship around the world. We primarily use DHL for international parcels: DHL Parcel Connect inside the EU * and DHL Express Worldwide outside the EU**. DHL offers full traceability and it is fast. We replace full order value at loss. To some countries outside Sweden (and for orders that weight less than 300 gram) we also offer shipment with Postnord First Class "Varubrev". These are only traceable inside the Nordic regions but the tracking-ID can be used as a reference number for couriers outside these countries. Note! With Postnord the order (or order value) is not replaced at loss.

You will see your delivery options in the checkout after you have choosen your country (remember to chose your area at the top of the page before placing the order). Maximum weight per order outside Sweden is 10 kg.
* Except France. We use DHL Express to France instead.
**We do not ship to North Ireland or Åland. We do not ship to Brazil, Belarus or Russia.


You will receive a notification via email when your order has been shipped. The delivery time for DHL is 1-3 working days inside the EU (plus Switzerland) and 2-4 working days outside the EU (depending on country).

Bengans webshop’s stock is held in Gothenburg, where we manage all orders made online. If all the items in your order are in stock, they will be sent to you within 4 business days. If an item is out of stock it usually takes a couple of days for us to get it. If a part of your order is out of stock or not yet released, the items that are available will be reserved for you and sent when the whole order is complete. Please contact us if you want to know whether an item is available or not. We reserve the right to cancel and return money for items that have been backordered for over 3 weeks.

If you do not pick up your order at the designated service point (i.e. if the parcel gets sent back to Bengans) or if you do not pick up the order at the pre-selected Bengans store within four weeks after the delivery notification was sent - the products will return in Bengans possession. You will be fully refunded for the returned products and a handling fee will be charged (approx 13€) to cover the administrative costs and the return shipping of the parcel back to Bengans warehouse.


Pre-orders

You can order products that arent released yet. Instead of the ”Buy” button these products have a ” Pre-order” button. Products like this are shipped from Bengans the day before release. Note that sometimes the release date is changed by the record label. For actual release dates please visit Bengans website.

If you have several items in your order and one or more are pre-orders, the items that are available will be reserved for you and sent when the whole order is complete.


Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are displayed at the checkout before selecting payment method. When you change country (and quantity of items) the shipping cost will be automatically updated.

Inside EU
Up to 3 kg - 70 sek to 250 sek depending on weight and country
3 to 10 kg - 250 to 1000 sek depending on weight and country

Outside EU
Up to 3 kg - 80 sek to 500 sek depending on weight and country
3 to 10 kg - 1000 sek
(VAT will be deducted at the checkout for orders outside EU)

Max weight per order outside Sweden is 10 kg. Orders above 10 kg will be canceled.

We are not responsible for any local fees that may occur when ordering outside of Sweden (for example, customs, taxes or other fees).

Card payment

For our international customers, card payment is done with Visa or Mastercard . No extra charges. 

Note that the total amount of the order will be charged to your bank/credit card on ordering time, even if some articles of your order is backordered.

Return policy

There is a 14 day period of purchase on approval. If you return a product, make sure it is carefully packaged since you are responsible for any possible damages to the product. The product has to be in its original quality and packaging. The delivery note should always be sent along, it makes it easier and faster for us to handle your matter. Always contact us before returning the product. The refund will be refunded to the bank account connected to the credit card.
According to swedish law you can always make a complain regarding bought items up to 3 years, any complain must be accepeted by Bengans before returns.

If you have a claim about your order (damage product, wrong item etc) email us before you return the product and we will help you solve the issue. Remember to attach your customer number or order number when you contact us. If a product is damaged or if you received the wrong product ect please contact us immediately, according to swedish law, you have the right to make a claim up to three years after purchase.

Customer information

We save our online-customers contact information so that we can maintain a good customer relationship and give you the latest updates and interesting offers that suits your interests. You can cancel these offers that are being sent to you whenever you like. We do not store any bank/credit card information.

GDPR:

Bengans stores the contact information of its webshop customers in a database. We do not save personal identification numbers. The information is used to maintain a good customer relationship and to ensure that you, as a customer, can receive interesting offers. You can opt out of receiving such offers at any time, and you can always access the contact information that is registered with us.

We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone outside Bengans.

Bengans Skivbutik AB is a member of Svensk Handel, which protects and monitors your interests as a consumer.

Publishing errors

We reserve the right to adjust prices, for publishing inaccurate prices, changes in our inventory and possible technical issues with the web site, web browser, network or servers. We reserve the right to correct product information, product photos and prices that has been incorrectly published on our web site or in printed material. We reserve the right that products may expire or be out of stock.
