The Big Black Holes - We're On!

The album opens with "When You Were Young," filled with melodies that flow seamlessly into each other, accompanied by anxiety over what has been. The single "Off My Feet" is followed by the slightly harder, Stooges-like "Entrepreneur" and the softer title track "We’re On!". Side A closes with the long track "Suit Yourself," "I'm Easy," which offers a long, melancholic journey with psychedelic undertones.

Side B starts with the stripped-down "Playing Possum," featuring only guitar, organ, and vocals by Anton Pollak and Lisa Wanloo. In the songs "Buhu!" and "End It All Tonight," the full band comes in, and the album ends explosively with the track "New Beginnings," evoking Big Brother and the Holding Company and the wild garage rock of the 60s.
