EP's Trailer Park - Once When We Were Birds

After eight years of silence, EP’s Trailer Park is back with a new album! Lojsta & other stories from an Island, released in 2015, marked the creative peak of EP’s Trailer Park. The album, a collection of songs that together formed a postcard from a gray and gloomy Gotland—far from the glossy, four-color photos of tourist brochures—was praised by nearly everyone.

However, the Trailer Park kids aren’t quite as sentimental when it comes to their fathers' music.

"The songs are nice and the band plays really well, but it's kind of boring for me when I have to go with dad to the rehearsal space when they're practicing," says Ruth, 7 years old.

"It sounds like music that people who live in the countryside like to listen to," says Ceasar, 13 years old.

Harry, 8 years old, thinks it’s "a little cozy" that his dad plays music. "And also, I can do some things myself when he’s out playing," he says.

Tove, 5 years old, protests: "No, it’s just bad when a dad plays music. Everything about it is bad," she says.
